He is extremely passionate in making India a skill hub for the entire world. He is working very closely with Japan and India Government to send skilled Manpower to Japan. His expertise majorly comprises of Business Acquisition, Learning & Development, focusing on New Business Solutions and Strategy.
He is based out of New Delhi, and perceives design as a way of thinking that can be used to artfully solve problems, large and small.
Nikhil has over 20 years of experience in Automobile Sector, Manufacturing sector, Consumer Durables sector, Telecom Sector, Training consultancy & Insurance sector.
Nikhil is currently developing Adaptive Innovation, an approach to innovation that can deal with the speed of the emerging markets.
Nikhil holds a graduate degree in Physics from Hindu College, New Delhi, MBA from Delhi School of Economics, Executive Leadership from eCornell University and he has been recipient of numerous awards for excellence in Designing L& D strategy.
