She Joined Macmillan Education in 2012 as Head of Legal and Compliance and in 2015, her remit was extended to take additional responsibility for the legal operations of Springer Nature. As the Regional Compliance Officer, she drives compliance for the India Operations and leads the Governance, Risk and Compliance Committee. As Head of Legal and Company Secretary, she participates in strategic discussions and proactively advises business on legal aspects.
