Prerna Tandon

Prerna is a management professional with an Economics Honours and an MBA from Panjab University, and over 20 years of experience in the corporate sector in India with organizations such as Price Waterhouse, USAID, GE Capital, Infosys and ANZ Bank. She has held several senior level positions and has been part of startup teams (especially in the outsourcing/offshoring industry) and has been responsible for profitably growing the businesses that she has been part of.

Currently, Prerna Tandon is the Senior Vice President, Global Corporate Shared Services at State Street responsible for the overall strategy and delivery of corporate shared services like corporate finance and GHR from India, Poland and China.

Prerna has led large scale cross function, cross country transformation efforts in Shared Services at ANZ Bank. Prerna has specifically been responsible for setting up, in addition to Knowledge Services practice at Infosys BPO, HR Outsourcing Services, one of the first separate HR Outsourcing units in India with global innovative services. Under her leadership the technology bundled SaaS offering was one of the first to be offered extensively to global clients. Prerna has keen appreciation of technology and how it can be applied in operations environment.

Prerna as part of initial team at GE Capital carried out several leadership positions in areas of Business development and relationship, Operations and Six Sigma/Quality and Operational Excellence.

Prerna has championed Womens Networking groups in GE, Infosys and ANZ. She has been invited on panel discussions on diversity and inclusion.
