Process Transformation, Biz. excellence, FP&A & Controllership areas.

He is a Green Belt certified from GE & Black Belt Trained & Tested by KPMG. He has Delivered Consolidation, Optimization & Elimination benefits to the organization deploying digital tools like Bots and other process automation initiatives. He has also lead large scale IT Operations outsourcing, IT Operating model Transformation, Enterprise IT Strategy, Enterprise Digital roadmap…Cloud, social, Mobility, Analytics, Enterprise SAP Instance Strategy, HEC/S4 HANA roadmap etc.

He has worked very closely with Bay area Tech start-up ecosystem for a few high Impact innovation projects. He has teamed up with BD/Sales teams to supplement growth efforts in key strategic deals. He is a firm believer in making himself redundant. He has deliberately chosen to do roles in Technology & Process Transformation, to acquire skills & create digital processes across the enterprise. His long tenures with the organizations he served, has helped immensely to drive meaningful & sustainable transformations. Based on this, he believes that he can help an enterprise to take years off, of its learning curve while simultaneously pursuing business growth and creating standard digital processes across the enterprise.

In the Current role as Chief Officer, Group Shared Services he is responsible to create overall enterprise wide Multi Tower Shared services, scale up the Biz. Excellence & Process Transformation initiatives, embed Digital Innovation, Data Analytics, Centre of Execution, Excellence & competency elements into the Shared Services framework & move towards core value add by identifying and converting the digitalization opportunities in biz. operations by working closely with BU CEOs, operating leaders and Chairman office. Prior to this, as Joint President & Group CIO, he has been responsible to create IT & OT strategy for enterprise in close coordination with APEX members & Chairman office. He has been directly responsible to run large enterprise wide projects like Multi sourcing strategy, new technologies like Bots, MI, AI in biz.

context, Implement Cloud, Analytics & Mobility roadmap & bring a robust governance mechanism in Projects & operations Management by resetting group IT operating model. He has also worked very closely with BU leadership to drive big projects like Smart Ports, Digital Mines, Go to Market etc. He is a Finance Graduate from Delhi University also completed a 2 years certification course in Finance and Management from GE corporate (FMP) & Harvard Biz. course in Strategy, Execution & People management, apart from many other certifications and training during his professional journey. He has been awarded many times for innovative thinking, Solution oriented approach & people leadership initiatives. He has been part of many Industry forums eg. Jury on Next100, Speaker in eminent Shared services conclaves etc by Shared services forum, DMA, AIMA, KPMG, EY, CEB, Gartner etc. Till recently he was a member of Research Boards as Global CIO.
