Sanjay Dora

He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant with over 20 years of rich and diverse experience with shared services and BPO set ups in India and Philippines. He has been involved in variety of roles in shared services industry including early stages of set ups, large general management roles and driving transformation agenda to provide scale, consistency and value-added services from offshore locations.

He has worked with American Express, Citigroup and IBM in roles such as Business Unit Head driving industry vertical growth and P&L management, service delivery and operations, transitions management and driving enterprise wide initiatives across global locations.

He has also played regional service delivery roles overseeing operations across numbers of geographies in India, Philippines, US, China, Korea and Australia. He is experienced in managing large portfolios (5,000+ employees) across geographies and in dynamic, multi-cultural, complex, matrix and competitive environment.

He has also served on Board of Directors in Executive capacity for India entity of a UK based organization.
