Sunny Goel

Sunny has a strong track record across M&A transactions, both buy-side and sell-side, largely on cross-border endeavours. Having worked with investment banking firm in the past, his experience includes complete transaction management, business valuation, financial due diligence and negotiation roles. He has been instrumental in setting-up M&A business for NRI India and had executed multiple in-bound transactions from Japan as well as South Korea. 

With NRI, Sunny expanded his management consulting experience significantly by working with a range of companies from the biggest of Fortune 500 to medium sized organizations. He is an expert when it comes to market entry, market growth, overall corporate strategy, organization restructuring, market research, competitive benchmarking and commercial due diligences. Most of his experience is associated around assisting foreign companies to enter Indian market. However, along the way he has also helped his clients to tap geographies like UAE, Saudi Arabia, Myanmar, Malaysia, South Asia, etc to name a few. Most of his work has been sector agnostic with inclination around consumer business, financial services, real estate and manufacturing. Sunny holds a bachelor in engineering and master’s degree in management.
