With post qualification experience of more than 25 years, he has significantly contributed by spearheading HR functions at Boston Scientific, Coke, Tata Steel, Ranbaxy, Merck, and ICI. He brings across enormous impact through organizational design, leading change management initiatives, building leadership pipeline & designing people development interventions.
